I just got this template, i followed all instruction, everything looks ok, but only home page load as the sample, anyother link gives me 404 error.. I deleted all content from root folder, created a new sql and data base and re-did it over and over and still have the same problem. any advice?

What is your site url please? We think you server doesn't support searach friendly URLs, try to disable them in your Joomla admin panel -> Global configuration parameters.
Continuing project - almost done !! Just on the "About" base menu there is a heading "Our Stuff" which I am sure means to be "Our Staff". I cannot find this heading in the admin interface - could it be hard-coded ? Need to correct this spelling mistake. Item ID is 111 I think.

Thank You for noticing about this spelling mistake.
You can change it in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> About -> Page display tab -> Page Heading parameter.
Right now I'm still working on a test site. Maybe I do stupid things. But every time I change something to the module Our Newsletters, there is nothing dasplayed. For example, I can''t change from Publish to Unpublish.
Also changing the bootstrap size is not possible.

Probably you do not have enough permissions or your data base corrupted, try to install the quick-start package in some demo folder and check it.
Even after a fresh install I can not unpublish the module Our Newsletter.
I get a complete blanc screen.

I have done it. But still an other problem occurs. When you look at the home position there is on position 6 three pictures. However one of them is to big. I can't understand why,because the drawings are all the same size.

Regarding the images, the center image should not have any positioning, instead of left please put it to none like you did for the left and right images.
