It seems you was not right when you told as that default joomla installation can be installed without any problems, just tried to install it here: www.hotelmesbaha.com/joomla the installation failed with the same problem like our package.
It means there is no problem with our package, we think you do not have enough permissions on your server. You may ask fo help your server provider or you can order our manual installation service: http://www.astemplates.com/services

Sorry, we was not able to install the default Joomla package downloaded from joomla.org website, as you understand this is a native package.
I purchased template. At KONTAKT menu, the contact form dosen't display. On other templates contact form is displaying. Next problem - "read more" should be changed on polish translating "czytaj więcej" but it didn't get.

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

After installing the package please contact us and we will let you know how to translate button labels.
there is a problem with my template installation. Joomla 3.4.1 tells me after installation it's done. But when I go to templates, AS 002032 is not shown. I'd controlled in FTP, everything seems to be ok, AS template is shown in templates. What is to do?
I deleted now all files and installed only template.zip (this is not a new site, I only change the template. Now it seems to be ok beside the as-menue, it shows no submenues. What may be the reason? It's connected to topmenue which contains also the submenues.

It seems you have some jQuery conflict, our menu script blocks by some extension on your website, in case to find the problematic one our suggestion is to disable one-by-one all installed extensions which are not included in the template package.
I use the royal style and would like to change the color gradient on the top under the menu and on the bottom above the footer. Where can I change this? Which file and line? There is also an issue with Chrome V43. Between the menu and the color gradient is a bigger distance as in Safari or Opera. How can I change this? Please see tmpl.default.css file the following class:
