Thank you for choosing primus.
The problem may be with the version of nivo slider that you are trying to install. Provide us with your e-mail address and we'll e-mail you the version which has been used on the demo site. You may also try installing a different kind of image slider, like showplus. Use the address in the manual to contact us please. Thank you.
I purchased the Primus template. On loading I received the following error:
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist C:wwwxampphtdocsstichtingpoppen mpinstall_4f872726ab517en-GB.tpl_ja_t3_blank.ini
I installed Joomla version 2.5.4
Any suggetions?

Thank you for choosing Primus template. The template will work just fine without the file which is missing from your system. We hope the template installed successfully (apart from the missing .ini file). Otherwise, in case of any customizations, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A final question... Is the slider included in this template or should I purchase this separately?
In the template config section I could not find it.

Unfortunately, the image slider and other extensions have not been included with the current template package. The way the template is structured is that it is designed to let you install an image slider module of your choice. In the next major update, we have included the extensions used in the demo site with the template download package. We would like to let you know that the extensions used in the demo site are absolutely free and you won't pay a dime.
I just want you to know that I been waiting days for your response regarding my issues with your template.
Perhaps I will choose another template from your portfolio and you can credit me the difference on the money.
You asked me to send you my email address and you will send me the correct file trough out my email.
I just love the Primus template but is a pain to installed and replicate everything as your example.

I ve just bought the PRIMUS template and I have a problem to install it in joomla 2.5. When I activeted the template it do not find the .ini in the folder "tmp" althought the JA T3 has been succesfully installed. I can not open any pages of the site. I tried many times. Can you help me.

Thank you for choosing Primus Business Template. We do not have an image which shows every module position, but you can still view the various module positions by typing /?tp=1 after your domain name, eg www.example.com/?tp=1
Alternatively, you may also visit the demo site for primus template then under features, select module positions and you'll be able to view each and every module position.
