By control panel you mean the "Cpanel" drop down menu that is located at the top right of the demo site front end? If so, it comes automatically enabled once you install either a template or the quickstart package. Please provide us with your url, we would like to find that out.
I just purchaed this template last night, I followed the instructions using Extension Manager, but it could not pickup the downlowded zip file.
It was showing error "could not find a setup XML file".
I tried unziping and installing it again using other options, but getting other new errors.
Please help by providing the right zip file and instructions.

Hello HATHWAAL,
The download package contains two major zipped files, the first one is the tmpl_vine which is the template and vine.zip which is the quickstart package. I am not sure which one you are trying to install. Please note that it is only the tmpl_vine.zip which can be installed via the extension manager. The other one is a "full website" which is to be uploaded to the root folder of your site.
Please note also that the vine template is only compatible with Joomla! 2.5 as specified. Normally the "could not find a setup XML file" error occurs when you try to install it in the earlier versions i.e Joomla! 2.5
Should the problem persist, please email the login details to your site we rectify that. Use the email address in the template user manual.
I have purchased Vine but it does not work if you install just templ_vine.zip I cannot use the quickstart as this requires me to redesign a live website.
I am disappointed, is this 40$ down the toilet?

The only thing you need to do now is to re-assign the existing modules new module positions since the new template (vine) may contain different naming of module positions from the current template in use. In case of any difficulties, please send us the login details to your site we help you out. Use the email provided in the template user manual.

I bought Vine template. It's really great, but i have some problems with menu. I created menu and it works fine, but when i'm at the start page menu does not develop on any menu items at all. When another page is active whole menu works fine. Can you please help ?
