I've installed as002040 template but I could not install two file.zip of the extension due to "xml error".
Now captify doesn't work.
Do I hsve to reinstall Joomla?

Hello SALLY70,
Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

I've now uploaded (by filezilla) all the unzipped content of the as002040quickstart.zip.
As I went on the site, it shows me the phrase: "Joomla has successfully installed" and that I'd to remove the installation directory.
I didn't go through any installation (I just can't see how) and the problem persist.
Any suggestion?

Hello SALLY70,
If you would like to install quick-start package you have to delete all joomla files from your previous installation. The quick-start package already contains all joomla files.

It seems you disabled it in your component contact manager. Our suggestion is to install quick-start installation package on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation.
Another problem: when I click on "CONTACT US" (now:contatti) in the home menu or on one of the article on the homepage as "Buy a Rent" (now "calendario") I can't go inside the content. The server said to me: "No input file specified." Can you explain me why?

i tried also other AS premiumtemplates, but i get always the same error..
I used php 5.5 and the Directory was empty before uploading.
There was no mistake in the uploadprocess.

i unzipped the quickstartfile on my PC and copied without error via FTP to the Folder on the Hosts Server.
There is no joomla installed in this folder. it was free.
i made this how it was written in your help file

Try to unzip it directly on your server, probably some files were corrupted, here is what we found on joomla.org:
