Joomla! Template 002040 - Item Support

Hello ENZOVICENTE,
It seems you forgot to install sample data during finalization step, the package should be installed like regular joomla installation plus sample data, please carefully read the template documentation:
http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/149-002040

After installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Regards, AS Team.
Waiting for the solution.
Ok! It works!

I have another question: Can I have the possibility (where is it?) to insert in an article/item a .pdf-file uploading it directly from my computer?
Thank you very much!
Hello SALLY70,
The template doesn't have such option, you have to install and config some extension which will allow you uploading files, you can find them on joomla.org site, here is what we found for you:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/simple-file-upload

I added a link text to the copyright text, but the text which is linked has a gray color which is not visible on the black background at the copyright area. Please I want to change the link color to white
a few queries:
1. How do we order the as slider slideshows
2. If we want to show just four images in the captify content module how do we do that.
3. In the same module is it possible that when the image is clicked, instead of a page, the enlarged image pops up.
4. for the modules at position 30, the module heading is right aligned. Can we make it left.

Hello RAUNHAR,
1. You can do it using the slider Ordering parameter under the extension Basic Options tab.
2. Please see Item Count parameter under the extension General Settings tab.
3. Sorry, there is no such option.
4. You can do it by deleting css class for module headers, the Header Class parameter you can find under the extension Advanced options.

I ordered the articles but at the frontend, they are not as per the order.
The admin details are in the special info of the purchased items.
Hello RAUNHAR,
You ordered by created date, it means the oldest article will be last.

Regards, AS Team.
At the round images on position 6, I am not getting the border.
Please check the page:
http://zafferhouseboats.com/modi

I have changed three images and left the fourth to compare.
Hello RAUNHAR,
Your images do not have any side spaces, just compare the original image with yours.

Regards, AS Team.
Tried to arrange the order, but no success. The image which is to be at 3rd position is always showing first.

All the articles are of the same date.

In the Options, I selected Article Ordering as Ordering.

Then in the articles, I dragged the articles as per the desired order.
But still at the front end, the ordering is not proper.

Hello RAUNHAR,
Just checked your site, everything is working fine, you just have to know that slider makes descending sorting, from last to first.

Regards, AS Team.
I tried ordering as per your suggestion, but still the images are not in order.
If you see the articles, they are named according to the order. I Tried some ordering, but no effect. The image which was to be on 3rd position is showing at 2nd last position . Please check.
Was able to order the slider.
How to order the k2 items at Position 7
These are tour packages and are named as Houseboat Package 1, 2,3,4
Sorry for the trouble. But I do not what is happening. I changed the Publishing date of the articles as per my requirement. The 1st images was given a date 01-01-2013, the second was given 02-01-2013 and so on.
Under Art Slider module, I selected Publishing Date as the order.

or some time the images were showing in order. But when I refreshed the page, the images were disorder.
For k2 items also I did the same thing and till now they are showing in reqd order.
Hello RAUNHAR,
We checked your site, we do not see any problems, it is ordered from last to first as we explained to you in our previous posts.

Regards, AS Team.
If you see the AS Slider images, the image Which is showing on 5th place is marked to be shown at 1st. The 3rd one is meant for 5th and the last one is for 2nd place.

I tried a lot , but am not able to order them accordingly. If you check the backend, the images are named as a, b, c,d ,e and last. The image "a" has date of creation as 1-1-2013, b has 2-1-2013 and so on.
Still they are neither showing date vise nor alphabetically.
Hello RAUNHAR,
You slider starts from image from article 'last', then go articles in the following order: 'e' -> 'd' -> 'c' -> 'b' -> 'a'.

Regards, AS Team.
How to show in reverse order?
In Modules we have option of Creation Date, Publishing Date, ordering.
I have selected Creation Date. But cannot find option of ascending or descending.
