Joomla! Template 002041 - Item Support

Hello AS team!
After I installed 2 language packs and created the translated articles, the website I had already done is completely messy... my main problem being the order of the featured articles : the "Morbi porttitor pharetra" with the icons being first on the left and under the "creating style and comfort", on the left too. In the Featured articles manager, they are both in the same category (home) and I have them in the right order (1 and 2). How can I fix this please? Thanks
Hello SA220160,
What is your site url please? We have to see this issue.

Regards, AS Team.
I have a local website, I didn't send it so far. I would have to publish it for you to have access right?
Hello SA220160,
Yes, we have to see it in case to help you.

Is it possible to buy "K2 Multiple Images plugin" and use it with your template ?
Hello INGVARM,
We think you can, sorry we never tested it.

Hello AS team!

My URL is www.elpaisano.fr For what I find, in some way your "Creating comfort and style" i.e. my "foires et salons" doesn"t have the <div class="item item__featured column-1 span6"> and the other one with the icons <div class="item item__featured column-2 span6"> But I don't know how to change that to have my 2 featured articles side by side like in your design. And as I duplicate, it is also wrong on the pages in English and Spanish.
By the way, I have another question: why did the little edit icon suddenly appear? How can I take it away? And finally, how do I change the order of the articles in the AS slider?
Thanks in advance! Regards,
Hello SA220160,
1. We have to see your site in case to help you, we need your username and password, the info please put in the Special Info area under your purchased items section of your AS account.
2. The edit button is appear because you logged in as an administrator.

Are you planning on implement the possibility on using the "K2 multiple images plugin". I tried it, bu the additional images does not come out right.

Would be awesome if you had a look at this.

Thanks.

Hi there! I did what you told me to do and I also put my website online which I had forgotten to do yesterday, sorry! About point 2 and 3, that's ok, thank you!
Hello SA220160,
In the Home menu item under the Layout tab you have not specified number of leading and intro articles, as well number of columns, it should be: 0, 2, 2, 0.
As example please use the EN Home menu item for all your other items.

Regards, AS Team.
Thank you thank you thank you!! I have to say, great designing, great price and great service! Thank you AS team!
Hello AS TEMPLATES,

why does the art slider not show on mobile phones in this template.? It works on other templates I have bought from you.

Regards,
Hello INGVARM,
In this template it is disabled for mobile devices with small resolution, you can enable it in the media.480.css file by removing the following class:

#slider-row {
display: none !important;
}

Regards, AS Team.
AS TEMPLATES,

Yes, but it flows out of the frame and makes everything else smaller ?

Do you have a solution for that one ?

Thanks,

Regards,
Hello INGVARM,
It should be developed, as you know the original version doesn't have such option.

Having trouble with Responsive Menu - AS Menu

Sir, I am using your excellent AS Template 002041 Premium Version for Joomla 3. The template works well on my PC and iPad but when I look at it on my iPhone the menu (I am using AS Menu) does not resize at all and looks awful.

My site is www.recipes2share.com.

What do I have to do to make the menu responsive and resize for a smart phone ?

Many thanks

Phil R
Hello PHILREED,
It looks like you have free version installed on your server.
Our suggestion is to install a premium version using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Regards, AS Team.
Sir

Sorry but this does not help. The problem is simply that the AS Menu does not disappear when I rescale the page. The drop down version of the menu DOES appear correctly but I still have the boxed version of AS Menu. This is the same behavior if I am using the free version or the premium version. For now I am still using the free version but I do have the premium ready to go.

I notice on your demo page that when you resize the window your AS Menu disappears as it should. Mine does not.

I have tried every position possible for the AS Menu but still the same.

Please help because at the moment the site is not very user friendly on a smart phone.

Thanks

Phil
