The slider caption you can remove using the slider settings, please look for Slider Caption parameter and set it to Hide.

Under the extension Article Layout tab put the 'Readmore enabled' parameter to disabled.

You can do it in your Joomla admin panel -> Components -> K2 -> Items -> Open the article where you would like to remove the rating -> In the right sidebar click on 'Item view options in category listings' - Put 'Rating(Voting)' parameter to Hide.
