I have modified things in the webkit to make it fit again, but it messes other things up. I assume this is a responsive problem, is there a fix within the large screen tag that I may apply?
Please be aware of a potential problem with some of your templates, including this one.
Some AS templates are causing very high Input/Output usage, which is making the sites go offline regularly.
I am a web developer with 40+ client's webpages, and I notice this problem particularly with 002045, 002071 and 002063.
I have tried many fixes to stop the problem but I have not found the solution, and my clients pages (with these three templates) continue to go down regularly. The I/O usage reaches 1MB/s and the site crashes.
Can you help me find a fix, or do you know of some diagnostic for this?

The I/O usage is not depends on the template, the template is only graphic interface which shows to visitors some content , the content generates by Joomla.
We can only suggest you to check your server logs.

It seems there is some server settings configuration. Can you please provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel for checking this issue? The access info please put in the Special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.
I cannot change the Read more text on an article under Options - > "Read more text". Nothing happens when i write another text there. It is still writing "Read more ..." when i want something like "continue here.. " or something instead ?
Any ideas?

Ayer instalé la plantilla en mi página, sube el archivo zip quickstart ya que necesitaba instalar todos los ejemplos, pero hoy al intentar editar me doy cuenta que los enlaces no sirven y no me muestra la página de ejemplo, en ninguna. Aparece el error: No input file specified.
Quisiera saber cómo hago para que me aparezcan todos los ejemplos y además me deje editar, porque tampoco me lo permite, intenté modificar un módulo sencillo pero al guardar me generó el mismo error.
La página es http://himdistribuciones.com, actualmente está fuera de línea, por lo que en la información personal, en inbox dejo los datos de ingreso.

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Eso hice!, exactamente instalé como indica el quickstar para tener todo el demo, pero al intentar ingresar a cualquier enlace me aparece el error No input file specified y no me deja realizar ninguna edición, si cambio algo me arroja el mismo error.
No sé por qué genera el error puesto que instalé el paquete quickstar desde el servidor y seguí todos los pasos que se indican en la página que envía.

Buen día, tengo dos preguntas, por favor me ayudan con la solución:
1) el artículo FAQ´S se veía como lista desplegable, al momento de editarlo cambió inmediatamente y quedó todo en texto, sin verse con esa propiedad, cómo hago para que de nuevo cada pregunta se vea como una lista desplegable?
2) Al cambiar los colores de la plantilla, en todos al pasar el mouse por el menú principal, el color es naranja... intenté buscar en las propiedades de la plantilla la forma de cambiarlo, pero no lo encontré, solo puedo cambiar los enlaces y algunos títulos. Quiero cambiar el color del menú al pasar el mouse, cómo hago ésto?

1. Los artículos en donde se vé el efecto son varias: En el menú: servicios --> servicios especiales, el artículo muestra la opción desplegable y se llama more details. También se encuentra en el menú About --> FAQ´S, allí todas las opciones están de esa forma, en donde la pregunta está en un cajón y al darle clic se despliega la respuesta. Ese efecto es el que quiero, pero al tratar de editar los textos desaparece, igual al ver el artículo no se ve de esa forma.
