Hi, there is still a problem on tablets, the click on a link of the dropdown-menu is without result. What is the reason?

We checked your site on iPads and Samsung Galaxy, everything worked fine, probably you have some settings in your browser which not allow you to make click on drop-down menu items.
I'd made a telephonecall to Samsung. They ask me to reset the tablet, done, but same situation. I tried 4 different browsers, same.
Now I've a question, by which way Your template recognize tablet or pc, user_agent or screen resolution?

It works depends on the screen resolution.
I found it by myself, You use 4 Screen resolutions: 480, 768, 980, 1200.
So there is no chance to recognize the device.
Did You proved the way by user_agent?

I bought your template because it seems nice but I am having the following problems:
In its module configuration page doesn't appears explained how to configure the phocagallery to display a gallery of images, neither the top menu where the options SHOW ALL OUR GUYS SEXY GIRLS IN STUDIO appear ...
These options seems like a menu, or is a custom html? and in what position? at position-2? and then pressing a menu option that seem to be items. Nor is explained how to configure it.
I want to show a photo gallery (no of items) with phocagallery and use the module tree since many categories which I will show, so I would like my help with this issue, because when I create the new phocagallery tree module my website gets blank.
Another issue is that of social icons are not the same as shown in the demo page. In the template I've got are square but round out the demo page. if I want to change them, add different ones, how do I proceed? just copy the ones I want to the folder called social or need to do more?
Another issue is the source of google Roboto, does not appear in the template I paid, I downloaded the font family but I dont know where to put it to appear in the drop-down menus in the configuration of modules.
Another issue is that I'm using virtuemart and when I view my store, the modules that are in the position-30 seems to change their position and disrupts everything.
Hope you can help me solve these problems as quickly as possible please.

Have you installed this template using quick-start installation package?
after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/226-002062
The template doesn't have css for VirtueMart, it means you have to create everything by yourself, sorry, we are not able to provide support to extensions which are not included in the package.
Yes I installed the quick-start package and found almost all the solution to my issues. By the moment I used localhost to my web until I finished it.
But I still can not find the solution to the issue of the gallery with phocagallery and tree module to display categories. they have not answered me like this set the menu option GALLERY template. no match for any site where it leaves the module or submenu SHOW ALL - OUR GUYS - OUR GIRLS ... I know what shows are articles. But please explain to me how this set that option in the main menu GALLERY.
I understand that do not support virtuemart, but it happens that you can not even install? Nor does the module phocagallery tree. You can not install other modules in your template?
wich version of virtuemart or phocagallery modules do i have to install in ths template?

I seem to have problems to install the template . Installing from the quickstart is not working for me.
I just wont the template as shown in demo and from there I can adjust or adapt all I want.

he comprado la plantilla AS002062 y me encanta, pero al configurar la galerÃa de imágenes no me funciona como se muestra en la demo. ¿Cómo se configura el submenu de Galeria? ¿es un submenu, HTML custom, o qué? Me gustaria usar phocagallery para mi portfolio de cuadros, pero no se como han configurado la demo. Parece que sean articulos y no fotos del phocagallery. Como podria tener ese mismo aspecto en mi galeria de cuadros? me refiero al menu., submenu y parametros del phocagallery.
Otra duda...la fuente Google Roboto Condensed:700 no la encuentro, donde esta? o es que no viene con la plantilla?
