I bought this template last, I made the IInstalling of quickstart, at the end of the installation tells me: "The template for this display is not available. Please contact a Site administrator".
I noticed that the template is not present in the administration but in the ftp folder template is present.
What should I do

First of all, please make sure that you are installing the latest version of the quickstart package. Second, when installing sample data, please choose "Default English Sample Data."
I work with the website of a sudden I get this message "This webpage has a redirect loop"

This problem is usually caused by the language plugin which causes infinite redirect loops. Please take a look at these two posts:

There is actually no other way around this. I would recommend you redo the installation. The other way is to start managing your data afresh.
Is the hotel booking component of the template avaiable for custom fields?

The component is available in two options:- free version and paid version. Even though you can set up custom fields in the free version, they are limited.

In this case, as you may understand that there are some third party extensions which may not be fully compatible with earlier versions of Joomla, this has delayed the completion of the quickstart package. But I am doing everything possible to complete it.

This may be due to a number of factors like your internet connection, the server, the amount of images on your site and whether you have turned off development mode in the template and compressed the template files via the admin section.

I realized that the booking and reservation module corrupted the sql database file during the transfer process. This means that you will have to install it and configure manually. The extension is included in the download files.
