Joomla! Template 002067 - Item Support

We had set the plugin for display 8 items.
In this moment we have 6 items to display, but only 5 "slide".
In the first slide are displayed 2 items, in the other 4 are displayed only 1 item....
We want to put 8 different slide in the homepage.
Hello MATCAS71,
Accordingly to your website source code you have 5 slides only, please be sure you set properly images for each slider and article text as explained in the slider documentation:

Hello MATCAS71,
There is a problem with Basket Brescia Rondinelle article, probably you have some special HTML characters inside the article, please check it.
We created 3 test articles and everything is working just fine.

Regards, AS Team.
THANK YOU!!!

I've recreated the article (the only rewrite doesn't resolve the problem) and now all work fine.

Regards (for now... :-) )
Hello,

I would like to use the facebook logo to connect the homepage to our facebook account.
I was wondering if the facebook logo used in modul follow us is still a valid one to use.
When looking on the official facebook logo page I can't find this logo and I don't want to run into trouble.
Thanks
Hello MVOSPEZIAL1923,
Yes, you can use it, just replace the link with yours.

Hi.

I was wondering how to change the background-photo (playing soccers), which is slightly shining through ?

Is it possible to use full-licensed template for a few days to show my customer how it could look like with his own content and full functionality.

Regards, Reinhold

In our AS002067 template directory error log ther are thousands of lines with the error:

PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/........./public_html/templates/as002067/index.php on line 60

Any ideasa how to fix this

Thanks
Hello CLIFFVT,
You do not need to worry about all these notices. You can disable them in your Joomla admin panel -> Global configurations -> Server Settings panel by changing the Error Reporting parameter to 'None'

I am not able to make a menu-item in the mainmenu invisible.
I am using the AS Menu module for the main menu
In my site(Joomla 3.6.5) I changed "Display in menu" to "NO" in the Link-Type tab of the Menu-item I do not want to show in the Menu. Still the item remains visible however.
Hello BKNIPPING,
You have to change your menu item status from Published to unpublished, for more info please see Joomla documentation:
https://docs.joomla.org/Help36:Menus_Menu_Item_Display_Site_Configuration

Regards, AS Team.
In reply to your answer that I should unplubish the item: correct, if I unpublish the item doesn't show up in the menu. But I am also not able to use the SEO friendly url for it. For example I would like to hide the LOGIN menu item but have it available in my url like www.site.com/LOGIN
Guys

I use the pro version and I'm trying to upgradfe to the latest version - howevber if I do it via the installer it keeps saying to me the template already exists...

If I try copying it via FTP - then it loses all my settings

Whats the best way to UPGARDE please without losing everything and getting all the modules in sync as well?

Thanks

Cliff
Hello CLIFFVT,
Unfortunately Joomla does not have an option for updating templates, it should be done manually by uploading updated files on your server, the list of updated files you can find on the template release page:

Hello AS Team

We have a weird issue (hence I asked the previous question but ths did not solve it).

When you are a member of the public or a normalo registered user and you log in, the front page displays fine. But when a Super User logs in things go haywire for the front page.

This code appears in the Slider on the FP and some of the article displays on the left: "{div class="editable" data-id="4" data-context="article" data-type="title" data-itemtype="article" contenteditable="true" style="display:inline;"}"

Also as you scroll down the transparency of the background image disappears and some other weird things- I have a pdf to send you to show you examples but it cant be attached here.

I am stumped - this only happended since the last Joomla upgrade - we are on 3.6.5

Any ideas?
Hello CLIFFVT,
For checking this issue we need an access to your Joomla admin panel, the access info please put in the Special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.
