I am having trouble using the standard Joomla 3 contact form with this template. Are there any settings I need to change to get them to work?

Have you installed this template using quick-start installation package? After installing this package your site will look exact like our demo preview and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

This template is not compatible with Joomla 2.5, you can see it in the page title.

I have set up a category, I have 2 articles in that category.
I copied, exactly, what is laid out on http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/240-164-modules-configuration for that module. The only difference is that I have 2 listed instead of 3 articles.

Have you unzipped the package before installation, are you trying to install quick-start package or just a template? Sorry, we cannot help you here a lot because you are working on your localhost and we do not see the problem.
I purchased this template yesterday and I have question.
I would like to have the top row (dark blue where the logo is shown) split into two different colors, topside and bottom side. Where should I change this and how?

I have the as-menue on the Home page with 5 buttons in a row.
If I reduce the width of the web browser, then the 5th button goes towards bottom to the left and makes the 2nd row though there is still plenty of space to the right in the 1st row.
How can I resolve this problem and use the space on the right?

I cannot install to my live site as there is a large amount of data already on site.
Everything works except the sliders on the standard joomla 3 contacts pages.

I renamed the folder templates/as002067/html/com_contact to another name and the default page brings up the contact form withing the template design.
So I think there is something in that folder that is killing the contact form.
I am happy to work with the site as it is now...

How can I reduce the hight of the ArtSlider on the first page?
