Unfortunate, we only have Akeeba method for quickstart as I told before. Akeeba method is better than normal Joomla! installation, it detects system which fit with Joomla! system requirement before run.

Also the user and passwords you sent me do not work at all, none of them and I still do not have access to the admin panel. I'm really tired of this discussion and now I've been working on a basic setup for Joomla for 3 days???. You do not know what you put in the instalation package (Talk Show)!!!???

I'm not sure but may be you set new password during install, so you can't use default login.
Anyway, I just logedin to phpmyadmin and reset the password, now you can login with
user: admin
pass: naderfrd@123
Actually, it's not big issue with installation, it's just login issue after installed, you can reset it with phpMyadmin simply.
Open table "sjt1i_users" and make new password (such as above naderfrd@123) for user 'admin', select formar MD5 and save it.

Where is the source of the map on Contact page.
Is it a Module or Plugin? I couldn't find the map source to change the address. Also I tried to find it on SP Page but couldn't.

Hello NADERFARID,
You just open page "Contact" via page builder, go to Map Row, click to edit Text with Editor, via Editor, click to tab "Code" and place your Google Map embed code, press "Save" and check with Map update.

Yes, I just corrected it, just because you installed JCE Editor, this Editor hide 'iframe' code in Editor by default, I just re-enable 'iframe' tag for this Editor so it's showing now, please recheck.
Hi dear. I checked PB Slider and I tried with mp4 and ogv formats Also responsive for Mobile, Tablet, and desktop are active (No Hidden) but the video shows only on desktop and not on mobile and tablet. Could you please help me to know what is the problem and where can I solve that?

I got your login.
Basically, SP Page Builder won't support to load video background on mobile.
In this case, if you want to show Video on mobile, you just set your background video display on desktop only.
Then, you add new Row and add Video addon to show your video, then set it display on Mobile only.
I frequently bought the template and soon have some problems.
1. When I try to edit the page "Home" using SP Pagebuilder the following error message appears:
" trim(): Argument #1 ($string) must be of type string, stdClass given "
The access fore editing any other site using SP Pagebuilder is working.
2. I have no idea how to change the location of the map in ...index.php/contact
I´m looking forward for support.

After installing "SP Pagebuilder 4 lite" I´m not able to work on the template any more. Any text changement is prohibited for pro version users. I have to buy the pro version for at least $ 59 or any template use is senseless.
That was not my ambition when I bought your template :-(

I was able to solve the problem with the Google map after turning off Tiny Editor and then editing the source code.
The problem with editing the startpage via SP Pagebuilder still exists.
Please download latest sppb4 https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension/sp-page-builder-lite-next/1-sp-page-builder-4-lite
and install it via Joomla! admin panel, then recheck your issue.
