I have an issue when i clic on Contact page with google map.
It start showing the map then it display this message: "Petit problème... Une erreur s'est produite

What can i do to avoid this.

1 - What is the qualification of the as002073_quikstart installation for the as002073_template installation?
2 - I installed on a site that I have already running and nothing appeared in the preview, will it require modulo configuration to module? The menu for example can I make it work only by resetting the position according to the new template?
3 - The colors, layouts and images of the demo comes in the installation package of the acquired template?

Hello VITTORG,
Our suggestion is to install this template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings, the package installation will save days of your time. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/319-002073
Then my QuikStart package made available for download presents problems for installation via Send File Packages from the Manage> Install of Joomla Administrator.

The Joomla package can not be installed by the Extensions Manager. Use the Joomla Update component to update Joomla.
The package cannot be installed on existing Joomla, it should be installed like regular Joomla installation with sample data during the finalization step.

I was able to get the manual installation, on my localhost computer, following the instructions via installation of the Template's Joomla folder, however, it is presenting the following warning message:
Warning: count (): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in B: \ xampp \ htdocs \ www \ vittorg \ libraries \ cms \ application \ cms.php on line 471
Can you help me explain what this warning is about?
Muy buenos dias, tengo un inconveniente, debido a que cuando instalo el quickstar no puede comunicarse con la base de datos, intente subir por medio de un joomla instalado 3.8 en cambio me dice que no tiene los permisos necesarios, no se si la plantilla tiene que ver con esto necesito ayuda, ya tengo casi un mes que adquiri la plantilla y no me deja instalar, caso contrario requiero la devolución de mi dinero.
