I am interested in this template (and trying the free version).
I can't find any documentation for module configuration?
All your other templates have this in the "how to" but this one does not. I really don't have time to install the sample data and figure things out.
Is this template similar to another one (that has the module configurations documented)?

Also, it appears to be based on Bootstrap V 2 which is no longer supported? Is this an old template?

Yes , we are planning to add this page in 1 or 2 weeks.
The Bootstrap version is not depends on the template, it comes from Joomla, in the template we can just rewrite some classes.
The AS Articles Newsflash returns this error:
Fatal error: Class 'modArticlesNewsAdvHelper' not found inC:\xampp_5_6_8\htdocs\firstanimazione.sm\modules\mod_as_articles_newsflash\mod_as_articles_newsflash.php on line 23
and AS Carousel is not working.
Today I purchased the template with Extended License:

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/442-002088

Ok. Ho scaricato l'aggiornamento e adesso AS Article newflash funziona.
Ma io avevo già effettuato l'installazione Quickstart e il modulo Carousel non funziona. Non ho risolto neppure visitando http://coolcarousels.frebsite.nl/ perché non ho trovato quella versione. Anche nella vostra demo lo scroll non funziona!

Can you please provide us with more info about this problem? The carousel does not have a scrolling it shows in one line. What is your site url please?
Sto lavorando in locale. Caricherò tutto sul sito appena in possesso del dominio del cliente. Ma per ora potremmo rinviare il problema dello scolling (ho provveduto con altra estensione).
Invece il modulo newflash n on funziona ancora bene: si vedono solo le immagini caricate in "Images and link" ma non i titoli e gli articoli.

Wird immer komplett angezeigt, ohne DropDown und das sogar noch im Logo.
Bitte helft mir weiter
I still had problems with the AS article newsflash module after installing the quickstart package. After installing (updating) the module with the newer one (20 jan 2016, wich comes with the .zip) problems were fixed.
Apparently, the older version (with bugs) is still in the quickstart package.
@ AS team: please update the mod in the quickstart package as well.
