Joomla! Template 002022 - Item Support

Hello MANDLFL,
Just install the premium version and make it default in your Joomla admin panel -> Template manager, but if you would like to have your site exact like our demo preview you have to install it using quick-start installation package. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation, it should be installed like regular Joomla installation.

Hello,
the Problem is, i did a lot of customisation in the free template, so if i only install the premium version and set it to default this customisations are gone. Thats why i asked if there is a way to upgrade the template to premium.
The Free Template is enough for me, i only wanted to edit the "Designed by AS-Design" in the footer. That was the reason i bought the Premium Version.
Is there a way to do this?

Hello PAZDZIOR,
What is your site url please? Have you installed it suing quick-start installation package?

Regards, AS Team.
Hi,

Yes, I have installed it with the quick installation package. My site URL is www.pralmax.pl/joomla.
Do you have any ideas maybe I can give credentials to the joomla site.

Thanks,
Lukasz

Hi, I have noticed that that the menu looks strange:

|— Galeria (Alias: gallery)
— Articles » TPL_COM_CONTENT_CATEGORY_VIEW_GALLERY_TITLE

Maybe this is the problem.
Hi,
I have managed to fix the problem. It looks that the link column value in the menu table is created incorrectly.

Let me explain the situation in more details: a few days ago I have updated my template from: v610 to v621. I have done it as follows:
uploaded the as002022_template.zip to the joomla server templates directory. Then I have unzipped it to the as002022.new directory. Then I have renamed the as002022 to as002022.old and then renamed the as002022.new to as002022.
I guess this was a wrong procedure of upgrading the template.
Now each time I create a menu item of Article / Galery View type it creates the following link: index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=as002022.old:gallery&id=20

Somehow it point to the as002022.old. I have no clue why.

Do you have any recommendation how to fix it?

And is there any general procedure for upgrading the templates?
Hello PAZDZIOR,
It is not necessary to rename, you have overwrite all template files by uploading the latest version via FTP on your server.
Before any update please do not forget about backup.

Regards, AS Team.
Thanks,

So next time I will just override the exiting template files with the new ones. Currently each time I create a menu item with the "Gallery View" type it creates the following link: index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=as002022.old:gallery&id=20.

Do you have any idea why it takes as002022.old. I can not find the reference to the "as002022.old" anywhere...

Any idea how to fix it?

Cheers,
pazdzior
Hello PAZDZIOR,
We think you have cache enabled on your server, try to clear it.

Hi - I purchased the template and I have added another menu item but this goes down to the second line. I saw a previous post but this template has been updated since the last answer and I see now the css file that needs to be changed is the bootstrap.css file - the question is where in the css file do a change to be able to keep all the menus in 1 line?

Cheers
Hello CISCOKID,
We can suggest you to decrease the logo bootstrap size and increase menu size, the logo size you can change using the template header configuration parameters -> logo size parameter.
The menu size you can change using the menu advanced options -> bootstrap size parameter.

Regards, AS Team.
OK - I fixed this by editing the ext.asmenu.css
The default width of the menu items is 110px. I changed this to 85px and changed a bit of padding but that generally fixed the issue of having all menu tabs in 1 line.
Hope this helps others.
Cheers
Hi,
I have a problem with the gallery and the category names. I am using Polish characters in the category name and they are displayed incorrectly on the page: http://pralmax.pl/o-nas/galeria:

Pokaż wszystkie
Pralnia
Odzie Robocza
Rne

There are no issues n all other places with polish characters.

Can you please help me?
Cheers,
pazdzior
Just did one test - if I name my category like this: R&#xF3&#x17Cne Polish charsets are displayed correctly. Looks like there is some bug.
