You have to increase PHP memory limit and execution time on your host. In the php.ini file please find and increase values for memory_limit and max_execution_time parameters.
Before a new installation please delete all files from the previous.

It seems you was not right when you told as that default joomla installation can be installed without any problems, just tried to install it here: www.hotelmesbaha.com/joomla the installation failed with the same problem like our package.
It means there is no problem with our package, we think you do not have enough permissions on your server. You may ask fo help your server provider or you can order our manual installation service:
