after installing i have this message in main page:

Hello,
www.tendexglobal.com
yes, i put quick-start package in public_html folder.
unzip in this folder.
after i install template by istruction.
before it i delete all files from public_html folder and delete old database.
after i create new and empty database.
and then i put quck-start package in public_html folder.
Unzip it in this folder and install by istructions.
after that i install all extensions packages.

The 'Welcome' title you can delete/edit in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Home Menu item under Page Display tab please see Page Heading parameter.
