There is no such position in css files, but you can try to create a custom html module with your logo and then publish it in module position 1, do not forget to change the logo bootstrap size parameter under template parameters to 0 (zero).

Yes, that's right, it is because this template is not designed to have logo on the right side. In your case you have to make one small change in the templateDetails.xml file, please find the following code:
it should be on line 426, and change the 'first' field parameter from 1 to 0.

In the latest version we are using Art Slider, because the AS Nivo slider is not a responsive slider, our suggestion is install template using quick-start installation package, after installing this package your site will look exact like our demo page and it will be easy for you to preview all parameters and settings and make changes in the content.

As we told you in the previous email, the template is coming with AS Art Slider, it is not designed to work with AS Nivo slider.
