How can Upgrade the template?
If I try to install by folder it returns me an error (folder as002036 is still use).

It depends on the version do you have on your server, the list of releases and all updated files you can preview here:

The update can be done by uploading changed files directly on your server via FTP, please do not forget about backups before making any changes.
