How many levels are able for main menu?
For example:
The menu blog (in the demo) has on the second level "Full Width Post", "Blog Post + Right bar" etc. Is a third level for "Full Width Post" possible?

It depends with the template you are going to use. The child menu items depends with the kind of template you will use. For the non-responsive template, you can define the menu levels you'd like to have. These menu levels slide. For the responsive template, the first dropdown menu level "slides" while the subsequent levels are listed under the parent item.
