2. i can't make the color in the background of the top1 slider.

Thank you for choosing Gemini Template. First of all, the missing file (.ini) from your system has no effect whatsoever on the performance of the template. As long as the template installation is successful, then it is ok.
As for the yj piecemaker not showing the hebrew, I am afraid the hebrew characters may not be fully supported. You may try downloading a slideshow module which supports these characters. Here is the link www.joomla.org and look in extensions.
By making color do you mean change? The instruction of how to change the color of the background (slideshow position) has been specified in the template user manual.
