I have bought the premium package and want to install int with sample data. On upload and install of quickstart I get 5 error mesages amongst them Warning: Unknown: open(/tmp/sess_bd34246d4d4166f027a80b0f853546a3, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in Unknown on line 0
Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0
It is tiring and considering I bought the premium package unacceptable.
How do I get this to load?? Urgent please

Hello JACKLAGRANGE,
It seems you have some kind of problem with permissions and/or php configuration. During which installation step are you receiving this message? Are you trying to install it on your live server or localhost? What PHP version do you have? Have you tried to install default Joomla package from joomla.org site and if you received the same error msg?
