After testing your free version of this template, I bought the premium version. I installed the template just fine, but when I tried to install the as002039_quickstart, it returned the following error:
Fatal error: JApplication::getUserState(): The script tried to execute a method or access a property of an incomplete object. Please ensure that the class definition "Joomla\Registry\Registry" of the object you are trying to operate on was loaded _before_ unserialize() gets called or provide a __autoload() function to load the class definition in /home/client9/public_html/libraries/legacy/application/application.php on line 530
Now, the entire site and its administrator are inaccessible. I can now get a login screen for the administrator, but it no longer recognizes my login information.
I cannot find any support on your site and I am extremely disappointed with this experience thus far. Please contact me ASAP at irk@LTVN.com.

The quick-start package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, you can't install it via Joomla Extension manager, please carefully read the template documentation:
