Hi,
I have installed via the quick install, I have only Module Positions 2 and 7 showing in the backend. How do I activate the remaining module positions?
I thought this was a problem with the quick install so I reinstalled the theme and still have the same problem.

Hi,
In follow up to my previous comment, if I type any of the missing module names in the search box I receive the following message
"There are no modules installed matching your query"
