I get this error
The current theme is not customizable.

At this point, I may not have an idea of what is going on unless I login and inspect whether any files in the template have been changed. In this regard, I would like to request you to e-mail the login details to your site (if it is online) so that I check it out first before proceeding. Send it to email address provided in the template user manual.
