Hello ITALOTADDEO,
What Joomla version do you have?

Regards, AS Team.
Dear AS Team
after the first installation I updated the version of Joomla 3.3.6
Could this be the problem?
thanks
Hello ITALOTADDEO,
Yes, it could, can you please provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel for checking this issue? The info please put in the Special info area under your purchased items section of your AS account.

Regards, AS Team.
I mounted the site locally on my pc.
We do not have another system to make control panel?
thanks
Hello ITALOTADDEO,
Few days ago we released a patch for fixing this problem, please download it from here: http://astemplates.com/patches/_item.zip
Unzip the package and upload the _item.php file in 'modules/mod_as_artslider/tmpl' folder on your server.

Hi AS Team

What file I need to configure to make it work?

Hello ITALOTADDEO,

Regards, AS Team.
good morning
AS Team

The site in the local working properly, when it was published by errors.
the address is: www.assocomsa.it

thanks
Hello ITALOTADDEO,
It is a problem with your web-hosting.

The first step should be login to back-end and check the Global configuration -> SEO Settings. Switch off Search Friendly URLs.

But probably You or your client need short links (SEF URLs), so make this steps (it should help, but we dont give you a warranty because each server settings are different):

1. From Quickstart package unzip the htaccess.txt file
2. Rename it from htaccess.txt to .htaccess
3. Edit .htaccess with Notepad or with another editor
4. Find the line that has " ‡ RewriteBase "
5. Remove the " ‡ " sign to uncomment
6. Note: if your site is on a sub-directory the above should appear like this
7. RewriteBase /yourJoomlaRootFolder/
8. Use FTP to copy the .htaccess file to your web server
9. Enable few SEF options again in Global Configuration
10. Refresh browser and check to see if it is working.

If this still doesnt work, please contact with your server/host support and make sure you send them all of the above information because you may have a server issue. For more tips search here: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=2700376

Regards, AS Team.
Good evening AS TEAM

I solved the problem by using the htaccess file as you suggested.
In addition to the modification (remove # RewriteBase) I entered to #
Options + FollowSymLinks (#options + FollowSymLinksNow)

Thanks for everything

My site is very slow.
I contacted the provider and I applied the suggestions to improve performance.
What do you recommend for better performance?
When starting the site is slow, and the links do not respond immediately.
You can verify? www.assocomsa.it

Hello ITALOTADDEO,
In the internet you can find a lot of info regarding website optimization, we can suggest you to try Google Webmaster Tools:

As well you have to think about good hosting provider and hosting plan.
