I bought this template and I am trying to install it with the quick package, but the installation process gets stuck in Creating configuration File, it keeps loading this step forever. I am able to open the site successfully by closing the installation window and deleting the installation folder with the FTP, but the backend is not stable for example if I try to save changes on the global configuration panel or update Joomla, I get an error stating this :
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
I have already checked the permissions on the configuration file, everything is just fine, the database is fine as well, also I have another domain running properly with Joomla in the same hosting, no problems at all, so i am wondering if there is a problem with the installation package that provided me with.

Can you please provide with an access to your server via control panel provided to you by your hosting provider, we think you have some misconfiguration, the info please put in the Special info area under you purchased items section of your AS account.
