I purchased 002060 - Extended License and uploaded the as002060_premium.zip . It installed correctly. However, when I upload the as002060_quickstart.zip file I receive an error message "Install:Can't find Joomla XML setup file"

Hello CITYCONN,
The quick-start package cannot be installed via Joomla admin manger, it should be installed like regular Joomla installation, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

I purchased an extended license and renewed it for template AS Template 002060. I get a JASON error when I try to upgrade Joomla from 3.4 to 3.6.5. Is 3.6.5 supported for this template?

The template is fully supported latest Joomla version. The update is not related to the template, something happened with your Joomla installation, sorry, we cannot help you in this case, if you have a backup try to restore it and run upgrade one more time.
