I just bought and installed this template, but a lot of language files are missing, in the backend there are no labels for a lot of settings in the modules. also the read more link is not translated

The template language file you can find on your server in the languages folder, for example 'language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_as002070.ini' and then set your constant values, for example some prefer to have: 'Read More' other 'More info', etc.
