I have run into an installation issue with this template. I already had a default Joomla install in place, but started from scratch using your quick install option, so I know my setting worked previously.
I am receiving the following error during the "installing sample data" process after it sits at this step for an extended amount of time.

I also get a pop up windows that states...
"The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again"
When I refresh the page as requested, it reverts back to the beginning of the installation.
I have tried this twice now, removing and recreating the mySQL database under a different name each time, with the same results.
All software was installed using XAMPP, and I am running the following software versions...
Webserver - Windows NT AD-SERVER 6.1 build 7601 (Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter Edition Service Pack 1) i586
XAMPP - 1.8.3
PHP - 5.5.9
OpenSSL - 1.0.1e
Apache - 2.4.7 (win32)
MySQL - 5.0.11
Joomla - the version included in your quick installation package
I can send you my PHPinfo report via email, if needed for more detailed version infomration

Yes, the original Joomla package installs without issue. i actually had it installed, and then decided to do a fresh install using our quick install package to gain all aspects of the template.

This is definitely related to the sample data used to make my site look just like the template. I just attempted an installation using the blog sample date, instead of what came with your template, and it completed without issue. I still used the quick install, I just didn't choose your sample data

We checked your server, you have some misconfiguration, it works very slow, creating 64 tables took us for about 10 minutes and deleting them more then 1 minute, it should take just few seconds.
Our quick-start package contains much more tables as usual Joomla package and as result takes more time to create all tables, even so, on our demo servers it never took us more then 10 seconds.
We just can recommend yo to check your server configuration, for example your phpMyAdmin storage is not completely configured.

I have decided to rebuild my web server from scratch on a dedicated machine, vs my Domain controller. Once it is complete, I will run through the quick start process again and see if my results are any better. I will let you now what happens.

OK, so... I built a new web server platform on a Windows 7 Professional box, and re-installed XAMPP from scratch. I then re-ran the quick install package, and everything installed correctly without a problem, YAY!
Now, I am trying to understand the process of replacing the sample data with data of my own. I have stripped out the sample galleries and blogs, but must be missing a step on getting the new galleries to show up on my main page, like the sample data did.
I created a series of galleries in Phoca-Gallary, and uploaded images into them. I then published those galleries to the "Our Gallery" menu, but I am not getting a sub menu to show up under gallery, nor are the new galleries showing up on my main page as a click-able link.
What am I missing?

I love how your answer to every question in this comment thread is "install the quick start installation" This is not support, this is reading from a script.
If someone wants to actually install this template without having to deal with the pictures of all the Euro Trash models then I guess they are out of luck.

I did not purchase this template to have it look exactly like the demo preview page. That is not the purpose of a template. A template is meant to be a base line that can then be customized to fit the needs of the developer.
I highly recommend NOT using this company for your template needs, as they cannot/will not actually support the products they sell! I don't think they actually design the Templates themselves. My guess is the farm the design work out to contractors, and have no clue how the majority of the code even related to the finished product, which is why they keep saying "install the quick start" that's the only thing they have support documentation on.
I feel as if I have been scammed and ripped off in the purchase of this template, and will not purchase anything from this company again.
Of course, I have no doubt that this comment will not be "approved by the administrator" so no one will ever see it but them, but rest assured i will spread the word about you at every opportunity... goodbye and good riddance!
