I am having an issue with a free template and would buy the commercial version (the design is exactly what I am looking for) but want to make sure I won't have the same problem.
I have no 3rd party extensions of any kind on a fresh install of Joomla 3.2.2. I created a contact and created a link on the main menu to that contact. The main menu module is in position 10. When I click on the link to the contact page it takes me there but the module is no longer showing (yes I have it set to show on all pages). Plus the tabs/sliders on the contact page do not work.
I know you have mentioned in this thread that you don't do support for free templates but if you can't answer this question to my satisfaction you lose a potential sale. Not exactly great customer service. I would hope that you can answer and resolve this problem.
