The email form is not working. It's not sending the user a copy of the submitted message and it's not sending it to the administrator email. Please help.

We are sorry, but it is not related to the template, you have properly config mail settings, otr amybe your hosting provide doesn't allow you to send emails, for more info please see Joomla documentation:
