Hello MOMOMATICA,
First, you should install our "tm_parallaite_quickstart_j3.zip" for make your site just like our demo preview.
If you have any problem during installation then make sure if you did "Step 3" in correct way in the above url.
If you still had this issue then please send your site admin details to us - support@templatemesh.com
