Which Control Panel do you mean with I.1./ Log into your cPanel ???
Either, I uploaded the package into a directory on my page.
I obviously need help by installing the demopage.

Quickstart package already included Joomla!, template and sample data like demo site, you don't need to install Joomla! first, just upload quickstart file to your web space, then run file 'kickstart.php' as instruction here http://agethemes.com/how-to-install-quickstart-package/
