I just installed the "quickstart" template for a new Joomla installation.
However, I can not edit any of the modules or their positions.
Is there a reason for this?

On the demo template, how did you get the main image slider on the Home page to be transparent and go behind the AS superfish menu?

No it is still offline. I downloaded my site to install this new template I bought from you.
I also installed the quick start installation package. The problem then is, how do I copy my users from the database to the new database for the quick start installation package?

Also, there is no HORIZONTAL scroll bar in the template? I use a smaller screen and when I have two sub menu's on the "CONTACT" option in the main menu, it overflows past the screen edge and I can't click it or horizontally move scroll the web page.

Hello. I have solved almost all of my issues. There is still one I am getting though.
When I open the "Create a New Account" from the "Login" module, it opens the registration page correctly; however, it also gives this error:
"Trying to get property of non-object in C:\xampp\htdocs\sites\quickstarttemplate\templates\as002087\index.php on line 48"
I have looked at the "index.php" file and this is what is at from line 43 - line 48 in the index.php:
