Hello,
We have just purchased the full template and have tried to install the quikstart by using extension management in Joomla 2.5.
During installation an error occurs saying the XML configuration file cannot be found.
The free-template is also installed. Could this be causing this error?
Please elaborate.

Hello again,
Thank you for your respons. We managed to install the quikstart version by ftp. Installing the premium files is a problem. Joomla will not accept it in the extensions management console. The notice is that we are trying to install using the same installation folder and is asking if we are trying to install the same package again.
We probably are doing something wrong...

Something is wrong here, have you installed the template using quick-start package? If so, you don't need to install the premium version one more time, because the quick-start package is already contains it.
A quickstart is basically a fully functional and customized Joomla! package containing the default Joomla installation package, all modules, choosen template and plugins with all the configurations and data in one place. The sample data in the quickstart package is also personalised according to the template and is much different to the sample data found in the default Joomla package.
