In "Top menu" the submenus don't work with Internet Explorer.
Time by time submenus would be shown, sometimes after copying the IE-register-tab, but only one time until the next click.
Access to our site (under development) possible but not via posting our logins in an published comment page, very strange!

Have you installed this template using the quick-start installation package?
On our demo preview page it works fine, provably you made some changes in the Joomla admin panel.
We worked a lot of time to figure out why it doesn't work, unfortunately without any results, the submenu doesn't work in IE9 after the first time site loading or after any page refresh, then it is OK. The problem happens on your site only, reason: unknown conflict between the AS Slider and Top menu.
We have checked other sites where this template was installed, for example:
as you can see everything works fine. In this case we decided to replaced the AS Slider on your site with AS Moo Slider, now everything is working fine, except the fading effect, the AS Moo Slider doesn't have it, sorry.
Our suggestion is install the template using the quick-start installation package, we believe it will resolve your problem.
