Joomla! Template 002039 - Item Support

thanks for your Mail. I have problem with the template installation. Have you a template installation guide for joomla ? When I begin the installation come problem:

How do I update my older version of this template to the newest one?

I tried installing the new version and it says the template folder already exist. I tried re-naming the new version's extraction file to a new name and installing, but that didn't work. Then I tried renaming the older version template and that wouldn't work either.

The Gogglemap2 plugin included with our template seems to have suspicious content in it (i.e., there is an external link found in the javascipt:

We are not able to find the specific js to remove this. Please advise exactly there this can be found in the template.

Joomla Update 3.7.4 affected the contact form functionality. It no longer works. When can we expect a patch on the template to fix it? Thank you.

Hi, and thank you for a great template quickinstall, was nice to get a well populated template to show the features available. I'm a little confused trying to find the module position layout, if you could point me in the right direction. Also, a suggestion, it would be extremely useful of the template had a colour field in the backend so that people who don't know how to change this can simply put in their colour # to match their customer CI. I know it's easy, but useful to have. Thank you.

Hi, I'm a little worried about a few features of this template, and I'm hoping you can give me some advice. It was purchased for a site which it still needs to moved onto. One pages without articles, the width is different than when articles appear on the page, the height of the logo and menu also change where a component is active or if an article is active. www.vehicletrades.co.za is the development site, if you can take a look at it and let me know if there is anything valid to my concern and how to fix the width regardless of which extensions are being applied.
