Hello! I bought the template but i'm not getting finish installing the quickstart. I'm using the Vetrigo 3.0 (Apache 2.2.26, PHP 5.3.27, MySQL 5.5.34), trying to install Joomla 3. Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
After installing Joomla 3.3.4 and 3.3.5 the template did not show the slideshow on the main page. I updated the the ArtSlider module but now in Chrome a black line appears under the picture when the text of the slide appears. How can I solve this?

Futhermore, i try to create a search area and the language switcher and a link (Kontakt) at Position 3 at the same Line AND close to each other. But there is some Space between. We think some of files were corrupted during the update, it happens sometime, please download the latest Joomla version from http://www.joomla.org/download.htm website, upload the package on your server and unzip it, it override all Joomla files, after you have to delete 'installation' folder.
Our suggestion is to perform backup before you will override Joomla files.

Especially the header doesn't work. Either "bg.header.png" (blue wave) nor AS ArtSlider is visible.
I expected to see AS ArtSlider module in my module manager for changing pictures and text, but the module has other options then the example you are explaining on your website.
If I have a look on the "Module Configuration Table" I can see a lot of modules (e.g. "ArtSlider", "Newsflash") which aren't installed in my extension manager.
Please explain the right way to install this template through Joomla Extension Manager (in browser face) including all modules shown on your demo preview.

If you would like to have it exact like our demo preview you have to install it using quick-start installation package, the package can't be installed via Extension Manager, it should be installed like regular Joomla installation.
After installing the package it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation.
