Joomla! Template 002050 - Item Support

Hi
Thanks for a great template. Just installed premium version but side menu is coming up with < class="moduletable ">< class="module_title "> and not menu title.
Can you advise how to remove this please
Hello PJCOMTECH,
What Joomla version do you have and did you install the template using quick-start package?

Regards, AS Team.
I have version 2.5.11 and Joomla not installed via quickstart. I have two sites using this and both exactly the same
Thanks for the quick response
Hello PJCOMTECH,
This template is designed for Joomla 3, it will not work with Joomla 2.5, sorry.

Ah - really stupid error - sorry I will upgrade. Thanks for your help.

Hey Guys,
if i create 3 or 4 modules and sit them on position "6", they are one below the other, not side by side... how can i change this ?

Please help-
I have the Matrix template and the template manager, edit style is only showing basic options. I need to be able to adjust my modules. I am using Joomla 2.5.

When I try to load the Quickstart Matrix version 1, I get the following error:

-1 - An error has occurred.

Copy failed

Hello JEANNE2295,

I downloaded and installed this template today running within an up-to-date instance of Joomla 3.1 (http://dev.wisconsinforestry.org). For the most part everything seems to be working well, and I'll probably purchase the template soon.

Question: In Firefox the main menu navigation looks great, but in Internet Explorer 8 it looks blocky, washed-out and barely usable. Is IE8 not recommended? If so, can I go back to Joomla's default menu navigation module and use that instead?
Hello SENYORS,
The premium version looks good in IE8, just checked it. The free version you have to customize a little bit, sorry.

Regards, AS Team.
Fair enough--I've gone ahead and purchased the premium version. I reinstalled the menu module and it did seem to fix the problem in IE8 (again, it's located at http://dev.wisconsinforestry.org). However, now I'm not getting any secondary navigation from the menu; the Education / Resources menu item doesn't display any sub-navigation in IE8 (but it does work on Firefox).

Second question: How hard would it be to implement a new color within the template? I'd really like to utilize a brown theme, and I know CSS pretty well. It seems like I just have to duplicate one of the other color CSS files, but what file would I need to change so that the new color option shows up within the template style dropdown menu?
Hello SENYORS,
First of all our suggestion is install this template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview and it will be easy for you to config it.

1. The template is fully based on HTML5 elements, please see the item details page for more info, the IE8 unfortunately doesn't support HTML5.

2. If you know the css pretty well it will not be a problem for you to create a new color style, our suggestion is not duplicate colors, you can do it using style.default.css or style.custom.css

Dear AS,

I need to change font to manage Polish signs. Is it possible?

Kind Regards
Shemeck.
Dear AS,

I change font in template options, thanks.

I have another question, we have problem with print/email button for articles. We get below message:

Warning: include(includes/functions.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homez.218/shemeck/www_mig/templates/as002050/component.php on line 13

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'includes/functions.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /homez.218/shemeck/www_mig/templates/as002050/component.php on line 13

Kind Regards
