I've bought your 002063 AS Designing template today. When I began to unzip as002063_quickstart.zip.zip file, I got a lot of error messages about corrupted files or about paths too long. A lot of files haven't been unzipped and were missed from the quickstart package.
Unfortunately, your comment form doesn't provide an option to attach any files: so I cannot provide your with proves of the issues.
Would you please fix the file?

Please unzip it to a different location. You're probably maxing out the file path limit of 255 characters. Use shorter names, for example: "C:\tmp\"
I am correct in thinking this is a responsive template? If so then it doesn`t seem to be working very well!.
The layout on mobile devices is awful particularly the Kunena forum(according to my clients). Is there a way to resolve this problem?

Hello BINGOLITTLE,
The Kunena forum is not included in the template package, as result it doesn't have css for the forum, you have to create the css in case to show the forum as responsive on mobile devices.

We are sorry about that, can you please provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel for fixing this issue? The access info please put in the Special info area under your Purchase items section of your AS account.
You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Mozilla Fireblug plugin: https://getfirebug.com/
All css files you can find in the template's css folder.
I can't share admin access info. Its a sensitive client. What else can I do? You say its easy to determine which file should be changed to fix the printables. Can you tell me which file should be changed? Also, about the missing style.default.css, can you send me that file, or is the problem that the file is no longer in use and the call should be removed from the head?

Hi Team, on the sample page "Services" in the line "Filter by category - show all - marketing plan - Consulting - Support - Analytics" the first letter of the word will be shown in capital letters. Example: Marketing And Business. Where can I change that with "And" the "A" is written in lower case?

In menus with the assignment Gallery View the images do not appear in the order in which I have specified in the settings. No matter what setting I choose!

The ordering should be done in the gallery menu item under blog layout tab, look for category and article ordering.
In gallery.php is now a new error. The categories can now no longer be displayed individually.
