When I invoke "Contact Us" menu item, I get an error "This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details". It look like it tries to load a map but fails. I'm assuming that it's a setting somewhere.

Iv'e tried to install your premium template per your instructions but get this error message:
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
The Joomla package cannot be installed through the Extension Manager. Please use the Joomla! Update component to update Joomla.
I confirmed I have the most recent version of joomla3:
" You already have the latest Joomla version, 3.6.4."
I've looked into the quickstart zip and found no xml file.
I'm stuck as what to do next. I'm sending this comment at the same time as I send one to my host. Please let me know anything you can. I'm eager to start using your template.

Hello DDELIO1,
You cannot install Joomla package on the existing Joomla installation. The quick-start package should be installed like regular Joomla installation. Before installing the package you have to delete your previous Joomla installation.

Thank you for pointing that out to me. I was able to install the quickstart package on my server. I'm almost there.

4. My last question may seem funny(I'm a novice), but where on the home page is the log in for admin? I don't see one on the demo either? Is this something I have to create?
DP Calendar event does not display the Email and Print button correctly with all AS Template templates that I have tried it on. The buttons work fine if I switch back to Joomla template. The buttons work fine on LT Theme templates. See buttons in upper right corner http://osage.yerbua.a2hosted.com/osage-calendar/6

We think the template does not have css for the extension, you have to create it by yourself and put in the style.custom.css file.
