I have an issue with the heading.
When I use text Header it does not going responsive. When the display is getting smaller the text string breaks. I use font size 90-100
Also the slogan font size does not change (I want it bigger around 18) from the template configuration page. Do I have to hack the css?

Yes, you have too big font size, in case to make it responsive you have to create css for your headers and put it in media.xxx.css files.

You changed the article style to 'gallery' style, for the articles you have to use 'default' style. Please check your site, it should be OK now.
How to change where it say's Harvest Hills at the top of the browser on the site?
Also, How do I change the slides?

It comes from the Splash Menu item title which can be changed in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Splash Page Menu
How does it work with the slideshow on the Home screen? It as the arts lider module is used, yes. But you can not use a module as a menu, yes. We have you done?
