I have 2 questions regarding the homepage of my website (www.hoevoc.be).
First of all there is a 'line' about 20 pixels below the intro image. When I look at you demo website, this line should normally be directly below the intro image. I have already tried increasing the size of the image (which I actually would like to avoid) but this has no effect, the 'line' is always placed with a little gap.
Second: I have put a Newsflash in position 6 to get the blue box as a 'welcome'. I really like how this looks on the website but I don't like the big borders. Is it possible to make the borders around the text smaller, making also the complet box smaller.
I guess these things have to dealt with in the css files but since I have little experience with this, I can't really find where I should change things.

If i start the full installation i got only the message :
"thanks for installing joomla..."
"please delete istallaion dirctory...."

I unzipped the file for full installation, transfered the files (ftp+binary) to the emty directory and starts with:
http:/mydomain.de/istall.php
php version 5.5
Now my question: any idea ?
otherwise i want to chance the templat against template 002073 if possible.

Thank You for noticing about this issue, we just fixed it in the quick-start package, the issue was fixed by deleting configuration.php file, so please delete it on your server and proceed with installation, or you can provide us with an access to your server and we will install the package for you without any cost.

I have updated my site to Joomla 3.5 and find that the site will not display anything? I downloaded the free AS002067 template and that loads OK. I have updated my expired license for the premium template and downloaded the latest 1.2 version. I then needed to uninstall the previous AS002067 template and uploaded the newly downloaded premium version.
The free template works but the premium does not display anything. My website is dynamos.com.au. I will need to change it now back to the free template just so i can use it...
Is there a Joomla 3.5 compatible version of the premium version?

My site will not display ANYTHING with the paid premium template AS002067 that is why is am using the FREE AS002067 Lite template which does work but does not have all the options of the paid template. If I switch to the paid template all you and everyone else will see is a blank site.
Is the information that you require in order to answer my question?

The problem caused by ARI Image Slider published in position 7, free version does not have position 7, it is available in premium version.

Just additional feedback - thank you for the support. I have further found that the Ari Image slider was killing another page. The template works great with that disabled.

I've installed the pro version of 002067 template over a website where there is already the 002067free template. If i switch to the pro version, a SQL Error 81064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') AND c.extension = 'com_content' AND c.published = 1' at line 10 SQL=SELECT DISTINCT c.id AS CID FROM #__categories AS c LEFT JOIN #__content AS content ON c.id = content.catid WHERE ( c.id = ) AND c.extension = 'com_content' AND c.published = 1=) appears.
Can you help me? I've to delete the free version of the template?

The best way to eliminate the gap is to add the following class in the style.custom.css file:

To make borders smaller you have to edit padding in the following class in the tmpl.default.css file (line 2087):
