during the installation on the sample data window, there is no choice to choose the template's sample data. Please explain how to install the template that exactly looks like the demo ?

jv33-fashion-quickstart template installation is stalling at creating configuration file. The bars are running across next to the line creating configuration file but the installation bar at top has not moved further than just over three quarter for over 1 hour. If I just close the window and refresh it looks like it completed and asks to remove the installation files and takes you to the front end but the quickstart demo never installed so looks like a normal Joomla installation and if you login to the administrator backend it didn't even install Hikashop.

I managed to fix the problem by moving the 200 odd meg of images out of the upload folder in the quick install package and it installed ok. I then just copied the images back in and all was good.
But I would like to know how to change the orientation of the product additional image slider from vertical beside the product to horizontal below the product.
Also is there a way to prevent the image being deleted when I delete a product, because some products use the same image and this is frustration to have to upload it again and again while I fine tune the site.

1/The orientation of the product additional image is fixed in template. There is no option to change it to the horizon. You can change it in code.
2/ The Hikashop default is: when you delete the product, the image will be deleted, as well. It will help reduce the capacity of the product when you dont use it. The solution is: You have to upload the image for every product. If this is the same image, you have to change the name of this image. It will be okay.

Good morning, I purchased this JV Fashion template for my online store. I am using joomla 3.4. I normally install through softaculous on the server. This means I do not use the quick installer. I am usinh joomla CMS. I am not able to upload the template. Joomla is giving me this message. "Unable to find install package". I usuallu encounter this kind of error either when a file is missing or versions differ. Can you assist? I would not mind exchanging for your other template namely: "JV Shopper". May be this one may work. After all it is all same price.

I sent you a message 5 days ago and you have not replied. I will give you another 2 days after what I will file a dispute. Please refund me. The template is missing some files. It cannot be installed in joomla CMS v3.4
