I'm rather new to Joomla and I have a couple questions. I have paid the paid version of this template:
1. How/where do I get the social media links bar for position 3 of this template?
2. How in the world do I use the Phoca Gallery for several submenus for a Gallery page? I'd like to use the same set up as your demo template's Gallery page.

I've just purchased the Premium Template for 002022. I was delivered a zip file named 'unzip_me_first_v601_002022_premium.zip'. I tried installing the files as a Package File into my Joomla v1.6 site, but nothing happened. Then I tried to install just the 'as002022_template.zip' from the Joomla 3.2.1 folder , but I get the error messages 'JFTP::login: Unable to login; JFTP: :store: Unable to use passive mode;Warning: Failed to move file!' Why is this install not working? Another Question: What is a Package File? Please advise.

I've upgraded to Joomla 3.2 on my site. Now when I try to upload 'unzip_me_first_v601_002022_premium.zip' as a package file in Extension Manager, I get the error message that the file is too large. I have 250MB storage available on my site. The zipped file for the Joomla 3.2 responsive template looks to be about 20MB. There should be no issues with the installation, although I'm not sure what the zip files expand to. Please provide me with instructions to upload this template to my site. Thanks.

First of all you have to unzip it, please see the template name, after you will unzip it you will receive one installation package for Joomla 2.5 and second for Joomla 3.
The quick-start package you can't install on the existing Joomla via Extension Manager, because the quick-start package already contains Joomla and it should be installed like regular Joomla installation, please see the following page for more info: http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/55-002022
I installed the quick-start zip file and everything looks great. However, I'm replacing the asslider images (on the home page) (slide1.jpg, slide2.jpg, etc.) with new images. I deleted the original slides and uploaded new ones, then labeled those new slides with the same names as the original ones, slide1.jpg, slide2.jpg, etc., but now no images are showing at all. Am I forgetting a step?

Please provide us with an access to your Joomla admin panel for checking this issue.
Also...with as-position 30....the far right section does sit properly as the two to the left. There are three sections. Section 1 and 2 look great...but the part that says "winner of the 2014..." doesn't look right. I'm not sure what I did wrong.
Also....will the admin login information be masked or deleted from this history...as I do not wish for others to gain access by reading it in this post.

1. By some reason the replacing images did not work for you, probably because the slider category has 3 articles, you uploaded just 2. In such cases you have to go to the slider articles: Content -> Article Manager -> Slider Category and set the intro image for each article under Images and Links tab.
2. You have specified a wrong bootstrap column size, it should be 4 instead 6.
in my premium-version of as-2022 template the "slogan Font size (px)" and also all "Font colour" fields in the header configuration of the template do not have any influence. What am I doing wrong? I would like to change the size and color of the slogan on my page.
