I purchased the premium version of this template for my site with one licence .. , when i filled in the domain name before downloading the package , extra http:// somehow got added to the domain name , like this( http://http://mydowmain.com ) .. Now im not sure how the licencing works but i presume this incorrect domain name is now stored in the package i downloaded and hence the template does not want to work when i load it on my correct domain ( http://mydomain.com ) ... Is there any way that you can help me correct this , mybe reset my download option so that i can re download the package ... at this point im not able to modify the domain name before downloading again ..... We fixed the domain name, our suggestion is install the template using quick-start package, after installing the package your site will looks exact like our demo preview, please see the following page for more info:
