Joomla! Template 002047 - Item Support

I am using the regular license of TEMPLATE 002047.

1. I can not override text "Read more" on button
2. Add to Cart Modal popup not working

Please provide us with an access to the Joomla admin panel via Special info in your AS Templates account , we have to see this issue.

Regards, AS Team.
I did not understand you, where I can put user and pass for you, here in comment?

1. We did it for you (as a bonus for free), see Languages -> Overrides.
2. We don't see any problem with add to cart pop up - it work fine on our side ( with/without logged admin).
3. We used HTML5 and CSS3 in this template, unfortunately IE8 does not support those technology.

Regards, AS Team.
I still have problem about add to cart modal pop up.
When directly on browser put and click "Add to cart", than not working, just small black round spinning
and nothing happens!

If I go from Administrator panel on website then working ok!
And if I go on website from my mobile then working ok too!

Sorry, we don't see any problem, it work fine. Can you please provide us with specific page URL.

Regards, AS Team.
Here I'm again.
I do not know how to explain this problem, on some computers this works and some of them not working.
This occurs on computers where I have already opened the site to see what it looks like. After some changes, I do not know them, this does not work, and I think all the other computer works ... I think so.
When you try doing this, then this works ...
Can you connect remotly like over TeamViewer or a different way, on my computer and look at how it looks from my browser?

In this case you have to use our services page :

Our suggestion is install and test Joomla on MySQL, Apache, PHP combination. You used IIS server.

You can read more about Joomla Technical Requirement here:

Regards, AS Team.
In console writing:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at (Reason: CORS header 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' missing).
It seems the problem is related to your server, try to add the following in your .htaccess file:

<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"

otherwise you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask for help.

It did not help...
But I discovered that when I put www. before domain it wroks good.
When I put in browser domain without www. it's not working..
Can you help me now?
We are sorry, we can't help you in this case because it is not related to the template or Joomla, the problem is related to your server configurations.
As we suggested in one of our previous posts please try to install Joomla on Unix server.

Regards, AS Team.
Ok... I will try that...
